This year, the season of guided tours for individual members of the public offers 500 guided tours on fixed dates from March to the end of December, on a variety of interesting themes such as Art Nouveau and Art deco, of course, but also including diversity, ecological walks, history and the pleasures of life,… . Groups can request tailor-made guided tours for any day of the year and choose from a large number of languages.
Victor Horta and Paul Hankar, founding fathers of art nouveau, constructed their first houses in Brussels at the end of the 19th century. But numerous buildings of other, lesser-known architects will also be passed in review: Ernest Blerot, the Delune brothers, Paul Saintenoy. Over a route of 15 km, we will find both large architectural complexes and single houses, ranging from bourgeois dwellings to the poorest working-class neighbourhoods.
